Winter holiday Arlberg in the snow richest skiing area in Europe
Our house is located in Schröcken - Nesslegg at 1.500m above sea level. Because of the north traffic jam situation, as well as the sea level our place is considered as particularly snow-sure. So your winter holiday will not only take place on the slopes, but already when you look out of the window of the cosy holiday apartments.

Ski Arlberg is the biggest,
connected skiing area of Austria.
The connection Schröcken - Lech through the Auenfeldjet in 2013 and the further connection Zürs-St. Anton through the Flexenbahn in 2016 were the big milestones for this.
The ski bus takes you comfortably in 5 minutes from Haus Rothorn to the Salober and thus right into the middle of the skiing area. At the valley station is the ski school Salober Schröcken with a first-class offer for children's ski courses. The winter hiking trails and the high-altitude cross-country skiing trail Hochtannberg start directly from the valley station. The sun terraces at the valley stations invite you to linger.
