Cancellation regulations

In principle, we apply the
General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH's)
with the accompanying cancellation policy, which is as follows:

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival date: 40% of the arrangement price
• 1 Monday to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the arrangement price
• 7 days before the arrival date: 90% of the arrangement price

Sometimes it can happen that a booked trip must be cancelled for unforeseeable reasons. In addition, cancellation fees are then usually due. To protect our guests in this case, we recommend the conclusion of a travel insurance. In addition to the services:

• Trip cancellation
• Trip interruption
• Late arrival
• Involuntary holiday extension
• Search and rescue including helicopter rescue
